Yes, I use Photoshop most of the time. You should try it!
I use adobe photoshop elements and I really love it :-) . Also Coral Paint is a really good program too.

I use GIMP, from Gimp.org to edit my photos. I'm told it's a lot like photoshop (never used it myself) but with fewer available plugins. The plus side though, is that it's free. :D
I have a couple of HP computers and HP Photosmart Premier is the free photo editing software they include with their 'puters and I love it! Even though I've bought Photoshop Elements I still do most basic editing with HP and save more complicated editing for Photoshop.
I love this photo! Try GIMP - I used it before I got CS4 and Lightroom and I really liked it!

I can't think of anything besides picnik. I know you can download photoshop and try it free for 30 days I think.
I do use picasa and picnik, they're quite easy to manipulate. This is already a wonderful photo.
