I finally finished “My Ántonia.” Probably my favorite book I’ve read this school year. Simple, easy to follow, not depressing, lively… you get the picture. I vaguely knew these following words, but I wanted to double-check their meanings. :)

Definition: lack of civility or courtesy; rudeness.
Usage: “And said that he would have him discharged for incivility.”

Definition: moral or social disapproval.

Definition: clearly visible; obvious or showy.
