Yes. Here’s the recipe for the best ice cream cake in the world. :)
First, blend lots of oreos (we did 20) and a dash of milk (about 2tbsp). Chop 10-12 ice cream sandwiches into fourths and place around edge of 10” springboard pan. Smear oreo crunchy mush on bottom of pan to form a crust. Place in freezer for one hour.
After one hour, place 2 quarts of softened ice cream in center of pan.
Smear until fully covering the bottom. Spread 9 ounces of cool whip on top.
Sprinkle with crunched up oreos.
Freeze until ready to serve.

Yummer! Ice cream sandwiches are my favorite hot-day snack. Paired with cookie crust and ice cream? Looks too good for words.
