The Prodigal Duck

Looking through my pictures the other day, I came across these and thought I would share them.

“Once upon a time there was a naughty duck. He pooped too much. He was too bossy. But he was sweet. To me. His name was Tuffy.

 

 

 

 

 

After a while, Tuffy became to naughty to handle. Too much poop and too many problems. We decided to move him.

 

 

 

 

 

He seemed perfectly content. We would see him occasionally at his new home, sleeping under a tree, swimming around in the lake. Perfectly happy. LOL.

 

 

 

 

 

 

After a few months past, we started to see him less and less. After several weeks of not seeing him, I started worrying about him. But one afternoon while feeding the other ducks on my lake, low and behold, there was Tuffy looking back up at me!

 

 

 

 

 

Today, Tuffy is a happy fellow who is not quite as naughty as he was, but he’s still a sweetie. The end.” :)
