1. Assistant Director
This year (my third year of this drama class) I moved up in the production world to assistant director. I have really enjoyed being able to boss people around (just kidding!). But seriously, I’ve been able to give advice, take over when the director is busy, and do things that I wouldn’t have been able to do otherwise. It’s awesome!
2. Intermingling
In drama, it doesn’t matter what you look like or what you wear… (except for when you’re on stage). I’ve really enjoyed being able to hang out and become great friends with people I normally wouldn’t have.
3. Acting
Of course, you can’t have a drama class without acting. I love being able to become my character as the weeks go on. Right now I’m playing a prissy famous singer… kinda fits my personality! hee hee.
4. Rehearsals
My chauffeur (a.k.a. my mom) may not like having to cart me around all the time, but rehearsals are definitely a favorite. This past week we’ve been rehearsing every day which is quite a difference from our usual twice a week deal. It’s kinda neat though because we get a taste of how “normal schoolers” feel seeing their friends every day.
5. Performances
Yes. I LOVE performing. As tonight is our first performance of the semester, I’m looking forward to many things: the people who come, the lights, the nerves, everything! Of course, I’m also dreading the times when I know that people are going to forget their lines, but all in all, performances are worth every stressful moment.

Your post made me smile. I always admire those who can get up in front of people and totally become their characters. I shake in my boots and can't get the words out. LOL.
Linked you up.
I can't wait to see you in character tonight!!! And driving you around has worked out just fine. No complaining from me. :-)
Break a leg, Jenna! I hope your performance was a huge success!
